Ahh I love the smell of a new blog in the morning. I also love the classic: waffles, nutella, and whipped cream in the morning. It's kind of a toss up, one could say.
Kiev is doing grooovy. Jiving, conniving (honestly, who knew it was spelled like that?!) writing songs, taking names, sitting around talking about the bathroom. It's good times in the Kiev hood. Though you should check out the real Kiev (Ukraine Kiev), they've got some weird shit going on out there. You know how we the US were bitching about disenfranchising at the polls? Well apparently they f***in beat you up at the polls. Damn Kiev, damn.
Been listening to a lot of the Pogues. Had NO idea how abso-f***in-awesome they were. If you get a chance, hook yourself up with some Poguetry, you wont regret it.

The knitting factory gets 2 bloody thumbs up, as do Gina Young and Kathy Cashel. They are love. I didn't get to see the rest of the acts, but I'm sure they rocked tremendously. It's a brilliant vibe down there. Hard to tear yourself away from. Are we core or are we core?: IMG_7037.JPG
We're working on some new material at this point and also preparing for our November 5th show at the Chapter House and our November 11th (veterans day) show at Club Helsinki in Massachusettes. Fun for the whole proverbial family, no?

Much Much Later...
So much love for Park for having us at the Chappie. We were silly but raw and The Atomic Forces rocked really really really hard. Never having fully heard them, I was completely blown away. We got great feedback and Keith from Tiger Cried Beef (woo!) is helping us set up some shows in Rochester at the Bug Jar and such. Bill was there and we'll be meeting up with him on Tuesday or Wednesday to get our Cobalt on. The show was recorded visually and audio-ly. The time is 12:43. The temperature is 55 degrees Farhenheit, 13 degrees Celcius. People are laughing somewhere.
